Welcome to Ashley. Medical Cosmetics. By booking an appointment or receiving services with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional experience for all clients.

Medical Aesthetic Services
All treatments are provided by a Registered Nurse and are based on an individualized consultation, medical assessment, and informed consent.
Results may vary from person to person. While every effort is made to achieve desired outcomes, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Consultations & Treatment Eligibility
A consultation may be required prior to treatment. We reserve the right to postpone or decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe.
Clients must disclose all relevant medical information, including:

Allergies

Medications
-
Pregnancy or breastfeeding status

Medical conditions or recent procedures
Your safety is always our priority.

Booking Appointments
Appointments may be booked online or through direct communication with the clinic.
Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask that you arrive prepared and on time to ensure the best possible experience.

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to respect other scheduled clients.
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and late cancellations may be subject to the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other clients and helps support the smooth operation of our clinic. Cancellations made outside of this window may be subject to a cancellation fee of $45.00 which will be charged to the credit card on your account.

No-Show Policy
As a nurse-led medical aesthetic practice, missed appointments result in clinical and administrative costs, including required review by our Medical Director.
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice may be subject to a $45 no-show fee, or may be required to provide a deposit to secure future bookings.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and care.
Treatment Outcomes & Follow-Up
Medical aesthetic treatments may involve temporary side effects, including but not limited to:

Redness

Swelling
-
Bruising
-
Tenderness
Follow-up appointments may be recommended to assess results. Additional treatment may be required to achieve your desired outcome.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services and injectable products, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us so we can provide appropriate follow-up care and support.

Photography & Social Media
Before-and-after photographs may be taken for clinical documentation.
Photos will only be used for marketing, educational, or social media purposes with your explicit written consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Respectful Clinic Environment
We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and professional environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other clients.
